With increasing frequency, trainers and podiatrists suggest that the runners, barefoot running, including their running schedule. The logic behind this is that the use of paddedsupports modern running shoes, our feet are too lazy. We do not use your foot muscles, very effective, because the shoes do it for us. To correct our mistakes and even if we put our foot in the wrong direction or with too much intensity - they take the shot on our behalf.
Experts say that while running barefoot, you are forced to naturally improve your running gait and to strengthen the foot and leg muscles simultaneously.
Not everyone has theHas the luxury of a bare foot training area as a pristine beach or a soft lawn to enjoy the benefits of training barefoot. Walking on concrete is not that what we were designed legs and feet, so we need the protection offered by a shoe (We can not see how the land can improve your body on a rock in your running at all).
