I predict, Dr. D'Adamo will eventually prevail, as Dr. Atkins. It can only be a number of years for this to happen. I used to drink soda like water andnow I drink water like I used to drink lemonade. A 20-ounce bottle of soda or Gatorade even loaded with sugar. Most sports drinks loaded with sugar.

A 12-ounce can of Coca-Cola Classic has a high fructose corn as well as 140 calories and 39 grams of sugar (ie carbohydrate 39). A single, 20-ounce bottle of Coca-Cola Classic has a high fructose, and about 265 calories and 65 grams of sugar (ie carbohydrate 65).

It can not be two more powerful and effective lobby in the United States today than theSugar lobby and the lobby of wheat flour. They are literally part of many foods we eat.

No wonder we are getting fatter and fatter by the meal. Well, at least most of us. I get skinner every time I eat and drink. I want to run faster and will be happy to do so. Lifelong runners like me who are training and competition always know (47 years plus) that there is an inescapable link between your weight and your cardiovascular efficiency.

In essence, if you lose10% of your body weight, increase your cardiovascular efficiency of 10%.

If my weight is 65 pounds from 225 to 160, I will have lost at least 28% of my body weight, which means my cardiovascular efficiency will increase 28%. Trust me when I say that will be on reaching my ideal weight, you know.

I will be the guy shouted the news to my house to listen to everyone.

The History of the Air Jordans
